Today I interviewed T. Sean Collins. He worked as a “hired soldier”. He did not consider himself mercenary nor private security personnel. He worked with this firm which offered great benefits. All he wanted to do was protect a rich CEO and live a nice life. He worked for a very powerful and rich man. This man decided to create his own “island.” He only invited famous people whom would bolster his image to his compound and ride the wave of the Panic. Celebrities, athletes, and powerful Television icons stayed with him. This man’s house was well equaled with food, water, protection, and weapons. He also installed a web cam in every room which had a live feed to everyone in the world. Essentially, people could go on the Internet and see the life he and his friends were living. He wanted everyone to see the life he was living a posh life during the Panic. One day, there is an alert telling the people that hundreds of zombies are approaching the house. To their surprise, the people coming toward the house were live people. These people had seen the house on the news and wanted to live in it. They just wanted protection. If this rich man had not publicly advertised his house, they might have been safe from the public. The people stormed the compound and there was a firefight. The security detail in the house attacked the people and the people fired back. T. Sean Collins never fired his weapon because he only signed on to kill zombies, not people. The people did not want money, but to keep safe from the zombies and protect the women and children. I think this act of integrity showed that Mr. Collins did what was right. If the “entertainer” did not attract so much attention to himself, then he might have been safe. I think that Mr. Collins touched on a very interesting topic with that celebrities always need attention and they can’t live without it.
